Brian McJannet joined the club to fill the problematic goalkeeping position. After a few games, he made the position his own, and kept the shirt for the remainder of the season. The emergence of Stuart Bell the following season allowed Brian to return to his more natural position of centre forward, and he scored some important goals on the way to Kaisayr taking the Scottish League and IFA Cup Titles.
Following on from this success, Brian announced his decision to leave the club, to take control of amateur side Ayr Parkhouse.
