David 'Peil' Neil was the first ever Kaisayr Manager, and helped establish the side during the early years. Peil was instrumental in introducing long term Kaisayr players such as the Nobles, AJ, Grammy, Cole and Bell to the side, and transforming them into a competitive side.
Indeed, it was under Peil that Kaisayr achieved their best ever Worldnet performance, a quarter final appearance against eventual winners Middlesbrough, who triumphed in controversial circumstances in the last minute of extra time.
Peil moved back to the playing ranks at the start of 2002/2003 as Ronnie McJannet, a former player under Neil, took the reigns. He went on to make 19 appearances that season scoring twice.
He left the club at the start of the 2003/04 season, as work commitments led to him moving from the area.
He will be forever remembered for his hard work during his time at the helm, and the part he played in establishing Kaisayr as a major force in the IFA.
