Barry Duddy joined the club after appearing against Kaisayr for local side Sporting. After a few cameos and friendly appearances,
he was asked to join permanently. His stamina, drive and aggressiveness made him an excellent addition to the side. After a player of the tournament award at Worldnet, Barry became a regular fixture in the side and was appointed captain by former manager Eddie Main. In his first season in the role, Duddy led Kaisayr to the Scottish League Title in 2009.
Shortly after the title win, Barry was announced as Kaisayr’s new manager following Eddie Main’s departure. He will continue to play for the side, as they look to follow up their title win with another attempt in 2009–2010.
