The powers that be decided to call an end to our league season due to the Covid-19 crisis. Which means we end 2019/20 as Scottish Champions for the fifth time, the first since 2012, and British Champions for the first time.
We were well on course to clinch some prizes this year before play was stopped but it's still not the way anybody would have liked to seen things end.
We are still in both cup competitions and these have been sanctioned to complete once we can get back on the field. Hopefully on that stage we can put a proper finish together to what was shaping up to be an outstanding season and we can have some well deserved celebrations.
